TO FRANCE

Your orders are prepared and sent under 48h, working days.

Via Lettre suivie, the Neo Newborn baby wrap ( pack duo or single item) should arrive within 3 to 5 working days (once the package is sent). This delivery method is free throughout France. For Europe, there is an additional cost of € 6.50.

Via Colissimo, our baby wrap, our Neo Pack (newborn wrap + baby wrap) are delivered within 2 to 3 working days in France (once the package is sent). The colissimos request a signature. This delivery method is free in France. For Europe, additional cost of € 8.00

International

International orders take more time because of customs procedures ( 3 to 5 working days with Colissimo International). All orders purchased on Neo skin to skin website and delivered outside of France may be liable to additional taxes and custom duty, which will be enforced when the package reaches its destination. These custom duties and eventual taxes linked to the delivery of a product are at the expense of the client and are his responsability.

When your order is being sent , you will receive an email with a tracking number.

When your package is being sent, you will receive an email with your follow-up number.

You have 15 days after receiving your order to return it and get a refund for your purchase if it does not suit you.

The procedure for your return can be done by contacting Skin to skin NEO customer service by “contact us” form or by email. You will then receive an email of authorisation for return, you can then return your products, in their original wrapping, in perfect condition. No item will be refunbd if it has been washed or if it is not in its original wrapping.

Return fees are not the responsability of Neo skin to skin.

Return time: your package will be dealt with within 10 working days after our logistic department receive your plea. The refund will be made on your credit card directly ( or your Paypal account). you will be notified via email.
