In addition, the customer receives the information provided for by Articles L 121-18 and L 121-19 of the Consumer Code, before and after the conclusion of the sale and in particular by these general conditions of sale which he declares to have read before the validation of his order and to which he has access to from the site

The photos of the items for sale on the website have no contractual value and may vary slightly from the articles themselves.


The prices of the products sold on the site  are indicated by item and reference and include all taxes (TTC) excluding shipping costs. At the time of the validation of the order, the price to be paid by the customer means the all-inclusive price, ie the sum of the inclusive price of all the items which of the order, increased by the delivery costs according to the mode of delivery chosen. The telecommunication costs inherent to the access to the site remain the responsibility of the customer.

The products on sale on the website are available within the limits of available stocks. In accordance with Article L 132-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay,given by means of a payment card is irrevocable. NEO – skin skin can not be held responsible for losses, delivery delays due to errors or disruptions attributable to La Poste.

In case of error of formulation of the delivery address by the customer, NEO – skin to skin will not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery of products ordered. In this case, the costs incurred for the return of the products will be charged to the customer.

Any order delivered outside France may be subject to taxes and customs duties that will be imposed when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and any taxes related to the delivery of a product are the responsibility of the customer and are his responsibility.

Each delivery is deemed made from the provision of the product to the customer by the carrier, materialized by the delivery tracking mentioned on the website of La Poste.

If 5 working days after the dispatch of the parcel, the customer has no news of his order, he must get closer to the post office closest to the place of delivery. If neither the post office nor the delivery tracking system proposed on the websites of Colissimo and mentioned above have any trace of this package, the customer must then contact NEO – skin to skin through its Customer Relations Department, which will then open an inquiry with the Swiss Post services. La Poste’s final response deadlines vary from one to three weeks from the time the file is taken into account.

Wars,  riots, fires,  floods, strikes, accidents, the impossibility to be supplied … are considered as a case of force majeure releasing NEO – Skin skin of its obligation to deliver

In any assumption, the delivery of our products in time can intervene only if our buyers are up to date of their obligations towards us.

It is up to the customer to check the shipments on arrival and to make all reservations and claims that would appear justified, or even refuse the package, if it is likely to have been opened or if it bears clear traces of deterioration. The said reservations and complaints must be sent to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 3 working days, excluding holidays, following the delivery of the products, a copy will be sent immediately to NEO – skin to skin. Failure to file a complaint within the said time limit will extinguish any action against the carrier in accordance with the provisions of Article L 133-3 of the Commercial Code.

The customer must ensure that the items delivered to him correspond to his order. In the event that the delivered items do not conform in kind or quality as to the specifications indicated in the delivery, the customer must inform by email the Customer Relations Department of NEO – skin to skin note: contact @ neo-skinapeau .com and return the items to the address and under the conditions provided in Article 8.


In accordance with articles L 221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the customer has a reflection period of fourteen days from delivery to reverse its decision and return the ordered item without having to justify or to pay penalties. Within this legal period of 14 days, one-way delivery charges will be refunded if the customer returns the order in its entirety. In the case where the customer only returns part of the order, the delivery costs will remain at his expense.

The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In all cases, the items must be returned in their original packaging, complete, labeled, new, unworn, unwashed and accompanied by the delivery note to the following address

Items returned that do not meet the conditions listed above (return in their original packaging, complete, labeled, new, unworn, unwashed above) or that are damaged, deteriorated or soiled by the customer will not be refunded.

The risks of return are always the responsibility of the customer. The customer is strongly encouraged to return the package by any means that provides proof of its shipment and giving it a certain date (recommended with acknowledgment of receipt, colissimo followed, etc.). If not, NEO – skin to skin will not be able to treat your return.

Once the goods received, controlled and accepted by our services, NEO – skin to skin will reimburse the customer for the price of returned products no later than fourteen (14) days from reception of these products.

Notwithstanding the specific guarantee conditions given to the customer with the article delivered, the articles marketed on the website are subject to the guarantee conditions determined by law.

The responsibility of NEO – skin to skin can not be engaged:

– in case of breach of contractual obligations due to a fortuitous event or a case of force majeure;

– in case of non-substantial differences between the photos, texts and illustrations of the articles on our site and the articles ordered.


The brand “NEO – skin to skin “, the illustrations, the logos and slogans, the designs and models appearing on the site are and will remain the exclusive property of NEO – skin to skin. Any total or partial reproduction, without prior express agreement of NEO – skin to skin, is strictly prohibited pursuant to Articles L 335-2 and L 335-3 of the Code of Intellectual Property and constitutes an infringement and an offense.


These general conditions of sale and the commercial relationship between NEO – skin to skin and the customer are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the business relationship between NEO – skin skin and the client will be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
